The key to this phase is curiosity & analysis. Through conversation and observation we discover the details of our clients’ goals, timeline, vision, budget, and needs. We then create a comprehensive programming package for review that captures the end goal.

The foundation of our process is a compelling story. We communicate this through tactile materials and hand picked inspiration imagery that encapsulates our client’s brand (whether personal or professional), the surrounding history, and ethos of the project.

Where story & programming analysis meet! We apply the layers of concept to ensure our proposed environment meets the client’s needs and exceeds expectations. Conceptual imagery is further refined, preliminary layouts and furniture plans created, and the basis of furniture and custom design elements are priced.

Once we review final floor plans, the next step is to continue collaboration to further refine all fixtures, power requirements, materials, transitions, and millwork design. A finish schedule is provided to the architectural team and finish floor plans, elevation markups, and reflected ceiling plan coordination are completed. Photo-realistic renderings are also an option to include in our design scope.

ETD manages product specification, purchasing, storage solutions, delivery, and installation for all furniture and custom solutions. Upon approval, we work with our vendors to strategically place orders within a time frame that meets the project completion.

Between contractor meetings, site visits, shop drawings, and submittals, we ensure that our vision becomes reality by reviewing, monitoring, and verifying every little detail. We closely track project progress and begin to schedule all FF&E-related deliveries and installations.
