Built in the 1920’s, The Versailles (its original name) was always home to Philadelphians who enjoyed this premiere address in the Rittenhouse neighborhood. Elegant penthouse amenities include a luxury kitchen, a living room complete with fireplace, a private dog park, and a 360 degree skyline view from the rooftop. This project was recognized as a Grand Jury award recipient by the Preservation Alliance of Philadelphia.
