The LVL brand is playful and bright, with elements of geometry and pattern. NextLVL is located in West Philadelphia adjacent to Penn’s campus, and offers a variety of amenities geared toward grad and undergrad students: lounges, individual and group study spaces, game areas, coffee bars, and a roof deck with views that extend from West all the way to Center City. Philadelphia-based artist Miriam Singer created a custom work that captures the essence of the neighborhood, which was then printed large-scale on vinyl wallcovering for the lobby and is fully visible from street view.
