Originally the United Gas Improvement Company Building and constructed in 1898, this historic building directly north of City Hall in Center City Philadelphia was reimagined as a multi-family residence with 323 apartments and desirable amenities.

Bespoke wallpaper & surface pattern designer Abigail Edwards, whose beautiful wallpapers were used at our Reserve at Westown project, interviews Eileen about her design process as part of an interior designer profile series.

Originally a parking garage constructed in the 1920’s, this project leverages the existing elements into a bespoke, industrial aesthetic highlighting the polished concrete aggregate floors, pivot windows, and painted brick.

While this building, originally constructed in 1920, has always been home to high-end luxury apartments, the Versailles was reimagined with modern amenities and a fresh design take merging old and new.

The Skybox at 2424 Studios hosted Chris Klapper and Patrick Gallagher’s large-scale endeavor, Symphony in D Minor, curated by Eileen Tognini. Interior Design Magazine featured the exhibition as a centerfold piece.
