1701 Market West is Center City's first adaptive reuse of a former office building (Morgan Lewis Law) into 299 apartment units and extensive amenities. Taking cues from the building's architecture and its urban environs, the overall interior design reflects an enriching and warm color palette and a design vocabulary focused on a wealth of materiality and texture. On the concourse level, tenants can access a Club Room with a chef's prep kitchen, a private dining room, billiards table, and a bar to host parties or spend their afternoon working. In this transformation, a classic but striking back drop for the everyday lives of tenants and their overall wellness emerged. The Rooftop Level offers dramatic city views and offers the leisure and gathering of tenants. Flexible lounge areas provide opportunity to work, play, and relax watching the sunset. Whether in the salt water infinity pool lounge area, large outdoor screen area, dining, or at one of the many lounge banquettes, there are enchanting ways to enjoy day and evening on the 18th floor.
