In its previous life, 414 Lofts was, of all things, a circa 1920’s parking garage. Polishing the existing concrete floor and repairing the original windows gave this building deep character through charming imperfection, paired with painted white brick, a clean, neutral palette, and an abundance of natural daylight. The view from the roofdeck can’t be beat: a full 360 view of downtown Philadelphia, unobstructed and full of rich detail of the old and new. This project was the recipient of a Philadelphia Preservation Alliance Award for Preservation Achievement in 2020.
