In its previous life, this building was, of all things, a circa 1920’s parking garage. Polishing the existing concrete floor and repairing the original windows gave this building deep character through charming imperfection, paired with painted white brick, a clean, neutral palette with pops of branding and color, and an abundance of natural daylight. Bespoke details and clean lines create an inviting and productive workspace, offering spaces to both work and play.
