This boutique office building in the heart of the Business District was to undergo a significant interior re-strategization; from conventional small offices to an open plan office to accommodate evolving work culture. In addition, an extensive lobby refresh would offer a concierge-style entry along with a Wifi landing desk for visitors. Our collaboration with branding agency, Cohere, resulted in strong messaging about this premier location with colorful map murals coordinated with our interior selections and design concepts.
